Rev. Dr. Brent McCumons, Senior Pastor Dr. McCumons has served as Sr. Pastor of FUMC since 1998. He is a graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary with an M.Div and earned his DMin. from Drew University Theological Seminary. He has served other churches in Royal Oak, Caseville, Chesaning, and as the Superintendent of the Ann Arbor District. Dr. Lisa Mcilvenna, Associate Pastor Lisa has an undergraduate BA degree in Sociology and Instrumental Music from Adrian College, a MDiv from Perkins School of Theology in Dallas, Texas, and a doctorate degree in Pastoral Counseling and Psychotherapy through Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary and the Samaritan Counseling Center of Southeastern Michigan. Rev. Dr. Charles Keyworth, Associate Pastor Chuck is a graduate of United Theological Seminary in Dayton Ohio (M. Div.) and Drew University School of Theology (D. Min). He has served as Associate Pastor of FUMC since 1999. Other churches he has served include: Republic & Woodland, Gordonville, and St. Charles & Brant. Rev. Cathy Christman, Associate Pastor Cathy graduated from Central Michigan University in 2004 and attended seminary at Methodist Theological School in Delaware, Ohio. Cathy was the dean of a summer camp for young children for six years and has served churches in Columbus, Ohio and Nashville, Michigan. Rev. Rev. Pamela Buchholz, Deacon Reverend Pamela Buchholz, Minister of Christian Education. Reverend Buchholz is a Deacon, certified in Christian Education. She is a graduate of Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary in Illinois. Prior to entering seminary, she served as Director of Children's Ministries at this church for seventeen years and prior to that served three years as Youth and Children's Director at Aldersgate United Methodist in Midland. Her primary focus now is Adult Ministries. This includes coordination of Disciple Bible Study, short-term classes, fellowship groups, travel experiences, and small groups. In addition to her work in the local church, Rev. Buchholz is a curriculum writer for The United Methodist Publishing House. She has written for the children's curriculum, "Exploring Faith" and "Live B.I.G." and the pre-teen curriculum, "Live It!" She welcomes your questions and suggestions related to Adult Ministry.
