Youth Drama

“At the heart of worship is a dialogue with God,
and theatre is one of the most powerful mediums
for expressing that dialogue.”
-Tom Long, Friends of the Groom

This group is for all youth who share a desire to communicate God’s word through theatre. From short pieces of scripture to full-length messages to entire services—we use our gifts where we can, as God has called us to do.

We also seek opportunities to share with other area churches. We continue to visit Mapleton UMC in Freeland, MI and have hosted visiting drama troupes, such as Strangely Warmed Players from First UMC in Ann Arbor, MI and the professional troupe, Friends of the Groom.

Where: Sr. High Lounge
Schedule: 2009-2010 Schedule
